Hoi An, Vietnam
Forty rooms around two pools and a kitchen that starts every morning with banana pancakes. Banana Garden Boutique Hotel is Hoi An at an easier pace — close enough to walk in, quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
Arrival
The Boutique Hotel
Banana Garden Hoi An is a relaxing and inspiring boutique hotel set back from the touristy core of town — a ten-to-twenty-minute walk or cycle along the river into the Old Town and the night market, but a world away once you're through the gate.
Two pools sit side by side in a courtyard lined with banana palms and bougainvillea. Green Restaurant serves American and Asian plates with a view of the garden. Someone is usually pouring a welcome drink before you've set down your bags.
Rooms
No inflated tiers, no resort-fee surprises — just comfortable rooms with the same warm materials throughout: dark teak furniture, cream linens, a bed you'll actually want to stay in.
Superior Double
A queen bed, warm lamp light, and local artwork on the wall — everything a room actually needs, nothing it doesn't. The most straightforward way into the garden.
Deluxe Double / Twin with Balcony
The full run of amenities, with a private balcony added on — a quiet spot to take your coffee before the day in Old Town gets going.
Premier Double / Twin
Our newest room type — the same warm materials, with a soaking tub next to the window and a touch more space to spread out.
Suite Triple with Balcony
Built for three, with a balcony view over the courtyard pool — for the mornings you'd rather watch the water than walk to it.
Family Interconnecting
Built for families who want togetherness and a little separation, both — two connected rooms under one booking, one price.
The Day Here
Mornings
Green Restaurant serves American and Asian breakfast under hanging lanterns and vines — banana pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs made the way you actually want them, brought to your table by someone who means the smile.

Evenings
A cold drink and fresh fruit brought poolside as the light goes gold — the quiet hour for a swim.

Getting Around
Free bikes waiting by the gate — the easy way to ride the riverside path into Old Town.

Staying Active
A small gym for the days you'd rather move than lounge — treadmill, spin bikes, free weights.
Guest Reviews
We had an amazing stay. It's perfectly located (walkable distance from everything, but not crowded at all). The staff was so helpful and nice, the rooms were very comfy, breakfast was very tasty and with a lot of choices. We stayed 6 nights in total, we wish we could have stayed more.

Hoi An is a beautiful city and staying at Banana Garden is the best decision for me. Location, staff, cleanliness and room size all perfect. Staff very nice and helpful — receptionist, and support staff from housekeeping to kitchen.

Evenings arrive early here, strung with paper lanterns and the sound of the courtyard settling down.
